The Meditation Cave, dedicated to the Lord Sai, has been conceputalized as a place to meditate secluded from the urban surroundings. A series of large-span catenary Arches in Brick give a cave-like enclosure to the space which is covered with the shell of ferrocement. This form gives user a path acting as a transition from the outside world to the silent and retrospective world and, at the same time, the brick-ferroconcrete superstructure with stone flooring with gentle slope of a ramp embibes the natural character to the space.
